Still Curious?
-
Do you offer virtual or telehealth therapy?
Yes! I am currently accepting in person AND virtual clients. While I feel my best work happens in the office, I understand the circumstances may not always allow for it. Virutal sessions also allows me to work with clients statewide including Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach.
-
How long does therapy last?
Therapy is not a one size fits all. Specific issues can be worked through briefly while deeper topics or more general maintenance can be treated long term. We will work together and discuss the appropriate path for your journey. Therapy can exist on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
-
Are you a faith-based counselor?
My training is in evidence-based practices, so I do not advertise myself as a Christian counselor. I am open to discussing religion and spirituality if it’s important to you, but if you don’t consider yourself spiritual or religious, this is also a safe space for you.
-
Do you accept insurance?
No. I am not currently paneling as an in-network provider. However, there are options available to you to help therapy fit your needs and budget. Please see the Investment page for info.

What do you recommend before starting therapy?
Beginning therapy can be a big decision. I like to empower clients to seek out tools that help challenge themselves that can be further explored in the therapy room. These tools can also be beneficial to utilize time in between sessions. Find some of my favorite Resources here.
