Investment

Therapy is an investment in yourself and mental health. I understand therapy does not only require time and work but is a financial commitment as well. My rates are informed by my training, experience, and dedication to our work together in and out of the office. I continue to increase my knowledge and abilities and stay up to date on research and trainings.

Fee Rate

My rate is based on time, not the number of people in the room. This means I charge the same for individuals, couples, and more. The average length for a session is 50-minutes. A client’s specific needs may require longer. I offer longer sessions to accommodate all needs upon request.

50-minutes: $160

75-minutes: $200

90-minutes: $240

120-minutes: $300

  • I was trained as a systemic therapist. This taught me to always consider the entire system when working with clients. Charging the same across the board allows for flexibility for any system structure.

  • I am not currently in-network with any insurance panels. Upon request, I can provide a superbill at the end of each month which will include the information you need to provide to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I cannot guarantee you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company and I recommend you verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling an appointment with me. I can accept HSA/FSA as a form of payment.

  • I accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash payments.

  • YES! Times are tough and therapy is sometimes a luxury. Please do not hesitate to inquire about a scaled fee based off income. Additionally, I offer a special discount for current students, active military and first responders, and their families.
